Bookings & payment
Direct bookings are confirmed on full payment, processed securely by Stripe. Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia or Riparide are governed by that platform's terms alongside these.
Cancellations
Direct bookings cancelled 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 14 days of arrival, bookings are non-refundable; where we are able to re-let the dates we will refund the re-let portion at our discretion. Platform bookings follow the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
Your stay
Check-in from 2:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 guests — the number of guests must not exceed the number booked. No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only.
Damage & responsibility
Please treat Illalangi as you would your own home. Guests are responsible for loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear. Please report breakages — accidents happen, and honesty is always the cheapest option.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase, can be used across multiple stays, and are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance stays on the card.
